Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items that are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Email: homonest1@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged products caused by misuse

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Gift cards and clearance items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
